1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the facilities and services of Padeland by Etheras ("Padeland", "we", "us"), including booking a court, attending an event, or receiving coaching, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Court Bookings

• Court bookings are made through Playtomic and are subject to Playtomic's own terms of service.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked slot. Courts not claimed within 10 minutes of the start time may be released.
• Each player must have a valid booking or be accompanied by the booking holder.
• Maximum court occupancy is 4 players unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• In the event that Padeland must cancel a booking (e.g. due to court maintenance or force majeure), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
• Event and coaching session cancellation policies may differ; refer to the specific booking confirmation for details.

4. Rules of Play & Conduct

• Players must wear appropriate sports footwear (non-marking soles) on all courts.
• Padel rackets and balls must conform to club standards. Rental equipment is available at reception.
• Food and drink (other than water in a sealed container) are not permitted on the courts.
• Aggressive behaviour, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
• Players use the facilities at their own risk. Padeland is not responsible for personal injury arising from normal play.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are booked and managed via Playtomic. Our coaches are certified padel instructors. Padeland reserves the right to substitute a coach in the event of illness or unavailability, and will notify you as early as possible. If no suitable substitute is available, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

6. Liability

Participation in padel and use of Padeland facilities is entirely at your own risk. Padeland accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by our proven negligence. Players are encouraged to ensure they have adequate personal insurance cover. Padeland is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.

7. Photography & Video

Padeland may photograph or film events and training sessions for promotional purposes. By attending an event or session, you consent to being included in such material. If you wish to be excluded, please inform a member of staff before the session begins. You may not photograph or film other players without their explicit consent.

8. Amendments

Padeland reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from the use of Padeland services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
